The lab guides participants through an end-to-end, production-style solution that builds an intelligent HR Interview Copilot capable of evaluating candidate resumes, matching skills against job descriptions, generating role- and experience-specific interview questions, and sharing structured shortlist reports with hiring managers. Participants work with real-world hiring scenarios for roles such as Software Developer and AI Engineer, using conversational AI to analyze resumes, identify strengths and gaps, and recommend shortlisting decisions.
