Overview
The lab guides participants through an end-to-end, production-style solution that builds an intelligent Knowledge Navigator Agent capable of searching across 40+ internal documents spanning HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales, Support, and Operations. Participants work with real-world employee queries such as policy lookups, process guidance, and document access, using conversational AI to retrieve accurate information, share documents, and trigger automated actions.
