Overview
The lab guides participants through an end-to-end, production-style solution that automates invoice data extraction, validation, storage, and visualization using Azure AI services. Participants work with real-world invoice formats such as PDFs and scanned images to extract structured financial data including vendor details, invoice numbers, dates, line items, subtotals, and tax amounts, while applying business rules to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

- Ingesting PDFs and scanned images into a processing pipeline
