Overview
The lab guides participants through building a pipeline using Azure Document Intelligence, GPT Vision, and Microsoft Foundry. Documents are ingested from Blob Storage and processed with OCR and GPT Vision for multi-modal understanding. Extracted data is transformed into JSON using schema mapping, enriched with confidence scoring, and flagged for human validation when confidence falls below a defined threshold. Structured outputs are stored in Azure Cosmos DB, while Container Apps host API workflows.
